These terms cover your use of this website and of Codelash Field CRM. Please read them before you subscribe. By using the website or the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The website and Field CRM are run by Codelash (“Codelash”, “we”, “us”), 401, Chandrakala Tower, IG Marg, Near Bhavans School, Manjalpur, Vadodara – 390004, Gujarat, India. In these terms, “you” means the business that subscribes to Field CRM and the people it gives access to.
2. The service
Codelash Field CRM is an online customer relationship management service for sales teams. It runs in a web browser on phones and computers. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page and the products & services page.
Field CRM is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, we activate your plan, usually the same working day.
Free trial. You can try Field CRM free for 5 days at codelash.com/field_crm, signing in with Google. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. To keep using Field CRM after the trial, choose a paid plan. We may change or end the free trial offer at any time.
We improve Field CRM all the time, so features may change. We won't take away a core part of the plan you have paid for during your current term.
3. Accounts and users
- Your plan sets the number of users: up to 6 on Standard, up to 12 on Advance, or the number agreed for a custom plan.
- Your account admin decides who gets access and which role they have. You are responsible for what happens under your users' accounts.
- Keep sign-in details private. Each user account is for one person. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are listed on the pricing page in Indian rupees, per year, before GST. GST is added at the applicable rate.
- Plans are billed annually, in advance. We issue an invoice for every payment.
- Payments are made through our payment gateway partner or by bank transfer. Card and bank details are handled by the payment partner. We do not see or store them.
- If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before. A new price applies only from your next renewal.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Your subscription runs for one year from the date of payment and renews for another year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] from your admin's address, or on WhatsApp at +91 90167 66703. Your access continues until the end of the year you have paid for.
Fees are non-refundable once paid. The refund & cancellation policy explains the exceptions, such as a payment charged twice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Field CRM for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through it;
- try to break, probe or get around its security, or access another customer's data;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, or let people outside your business use your account;
- overload the service on purpose, or use automated tools to scrape it.
7. Your data
The records your team adds to Field CRM, such as companies, contacts, visits, deals and quotations, belong to your business. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. We do not sell your data. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal data of your own customers and contacts in Field CRM.
You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time during your subscription, and for up to 30 days after it ends. After that, we may delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
8. AI features and connected tools
Some features use AI, for example reading a visiting card, turning a spoken sentence into a visit log, scanning a receipt or answering a question about your pipeline. AI can make mistakes, so check important details before you rely on them.
If you connect Field CRM to another service, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, WhatsApp or Google Calendar, your use of that service is governed by its own terms, and it receives the data you choose to share with it.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Field CRM available and fast, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a problem with a hosting provider. Support is available on WhatsApp and by email.
10. Intellectual property
Codelash owns the Field CRM software, this website and the Codelash and Field CRM names and marks. While your subscription is active, you have a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Field CRM for your own business.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if fees are unpaid after a reminder, or if these terms are seriously breached. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using Field CRM at any time, as described in section 5.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Field CRM is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it with you. If we can't, the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paying customers, we will tell your account admin before it takes effect.
