Why Field CRM

Most CRMs were built for a desk.

In a B2B business that sells in person, the deal moves forward in a dealer's showroom, at a factory gate or across a trade show stand. The CRM, though, expects someone at a desk with a keyboard. So the visit happens, and nothing gets logged.

We built Field CRM for the phone and the minutes between two visits. A visiting card becomes a company record. One spoken sentence, in English, Hindi or Hinglish, becomes a visit log with the follow-up set. Visits are geo-verified, quotations carry the GST split, and the owner can ask the pipeline a question and get a straight answer.
