General info about Codelash Events
The final decided TDR (transaction deduction rate) is 10% of every sale inclusive of all taxes for non reserved seating events.
The event will receive a separate link on our website from where the potential customers can easily access and buy online with our secured gateway using 75+ payment options that include all major Credit, Debit Cards and Netbanking from banks across India.
A database with the payment ID will be shared in case the online sales is less than 100 units, the database can be utilised by the event organisers to grant access to customers who brought the passes online, the customer will receive a unique payment ID on sms and email which can be matched with the database to grant entry.
Codelash will require a booth for ticket distribution on the day of the event if the online sales cross the 100 unit mark, anything below that has to managed by the event organisers themselves.

The final payment of all sales will be done in lump-sump, after three days of event completion, via cheque only, irrespective of the amount.
As there is no association fee or fixed charge, Codelash or its associates are not responsible for marketing of the event, though we would post about the event from our social media accounts and our website but we do not guarantee any sales as we are a service provider and not a marketing agency.
In case of cancellation of an event, Codelash doesn't hold the responsibility or liability to refund the customers, it has to be managed by the event organisers themselves. The refund amount has to be after the TDR for all the online sales.

1) All Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Ammex, Diners Club, Rupay)
2) 100+ Netbanking
3) UPI
4) Wallets: Freecharge, Olamoney, AirtelMoney, Oxigen, Payzapp, PayCash Card, Yes Pay Wallet, Ypay Cash
