Free Updates

Free updates are provided as a service to all our customers, depending on the contract the number of updates differ from client to client.

What does the term free update refer to?
It can refer to
  1. Change in the text component or an addition/modification of an image to the existing website.
  2. Addition of an email or change the delivery address of contact form emails.
  3. Reorganising the flow of content.
  4. Addition of a file or downloadable entity (a link or a button)

It doesn't refer to:
  1. Changes in the basic design or theme of the website.
  2. Addition of new pages or directory elements.
  3. Addition of new components or functionalities to the existing website.

We go through a series of approvals before launching any of our product. It's recommended to demand for as many improvements during the development stage itself in order to get the desired design/functionality.

Let's take an example wherein the contract says two free updates, it refers to two working hours of a developer, so how much time does it take to add a single line of text? It take about a minute to do the whole thing, so what we recommend is to compile all the edits and make a big chunk of work to be done in one go itself, as even a minute of the hour will expire an update from your account.
